Responsibilities:
- Handle DUI, drug offenses, assault, white-collar crimes, and domestic violence cases
- Conduct thorough investigations and legal research
- Represent clients in court proceedings and trial
- Develop strategic defense plans
Requirements:
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Admitted to the Massachusetts State Bar
- 3+ years of criminal defense experience
- Trial experience preferred
