We are looking for a talented Corporate Law Associate to advise businesses on formation, contracts, mergers & acquisitions, and intellectual property matters.
Responsibilities:
- Draft and review business contracts and agreements
- Advise clients on business formation and governance
- Handle mergers, acquisitions, and corporate transactions
- Provide counsel on compliance and regulatory matters
Requirements:
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Admitted to the Massachusetts State Bar
- 2+ years of corporate law experience
- Strong drafting and analytical skills
